We have each been born into a family that comes with its own set of ancestral challenges, or generational patterns, that can affect us in profound ways. For example, intense anger patterns, anxiety, a sense of martyrdom and self-sacrifice, fear, lack, unworthiness, or victim consciousness. We can often recognise these energies as a pattern across family members, that we can also be susceptible to. Some are more obvious, and some are less so, but in fact, many challenges have been passed-down generation after generation, needing someone to heal the pattern and break the chain.

Conscious Parenting

Of course, no parent would want to pass this on to their baby, which is why a conscious approach to healing our own trauma patterns - whether personal or familial - is so helpful. These patterns are energetic in essence, which means that with awareness and energy healing support, it is much easier to break these recurring ancestral loops.

To support this healing process, we are offering a 1 hour 10 min ancestral lineage energy-clearing session to remove this energy at its core. The session will begin with a discussion, before flowing into a relaxed energy-clearing session. There is no work required on your part during the clearing. After the session, you may feel a sense of lightness and peace.

The session is designed as a one-to-one for pregnant mothers, or for both mother and their birth partner, and the session will last 1 hour 30 min.
