The Essential Foundation
Available Online or In-person (Cyprus: September - June & Isle of Man: July - August) The course includes:
A 5 Hour (2 x 2.5hr) CBH Lite Hypnobirthing Course for full mind & body birth preparation, consisting of:
-Foundations of Hypnobirthing and how it supports positive birth experiences
-How your body works in labour - Birth Physiology & the role of Hormones during birth
-Hypnosis - Releasing fear and conditioning around birth through hypnotherapy techniques
-Practical breathwork, movement, and positioning for labour and birth
-Advocacy skills to uphold your choices when plans change
-The Birth Partner Role - how your partner can best support you
During the course I will be available to you via Whatsapp for support, to answer any questions.
The FREE Postpartum support call is also recommended post-birth to talk through your experience, and allow me to assist you in securing the best postnatal care and support for your situation.
