I will travel to your home in Cyprus for each session. The bestselling Hypnobirthing book 'The Calm Birth Method' by Suzy Ashworth and Liz Stanford Also includes: -3 hours of mp3 relaxation audio to enter a state of deep relaxation before and during labour. -5 CBH relaxation scripts -Guided affirmation & birth mantras module -Guided visualisation module -14 Pre-birth printables -5 Bitesize birth factsheets & more!​​ ​During and after the course I will be available to you by phone, text or email for support, to answer any questions and chat through any concerns.
