Our Serene Birth Oil is made from organic ingredients and is designed for use pre-birth to help relax the mind & body, and create an association to deep relaxation, that the mind will recall when reapplied during birth. 
Using extracts of organic rose, lavender and chamomile, within a base oil of sweet almond, this oil is feminine, delicate yet powerful. 
 
Our sense of smell is powerful for bringing back positive memories, and can be incredibly helpful to relax your mind and body during labour.
 
Whether using on the skin or within a diffuser, begin with a single drop incase you may be sensitive to smell, and build-up over time.
